Found the jump rope my friend gave me a while ago so I had to put it to use.
Today's WOD
3 rounds not for time
20 walking lunges
1 minute sprint
50 single unders
10 box jumps
10 burpees
2 min sprint
*modified from WOD Workshop
Then a steady 5k and 3,000 m swim
